Goodbye Malaysian Muslim Madness
I’ve been in Malaysia for 3 days now. I planned on a full month along with some road and air trips to the top Malaysian beach destinations but all that is forgotten now. I’m outta here, as in, done with Malaysia! The Muslims, technical problems and rude low class people I’ve encountered in KL make me never want to return. I’d rather not be a “debbie downer” so I’ll skip the details.
On the positive side, the Petronas Towers are the most beautiful high rise structures I’ve ever seen in my life. The intricate detail of the serrated edges and the lighting at night combine to make a site that forced me to stop and stare each and every time I glanced at it.
.
The food is also quite good if you like grilled, bbq style meats. Grilled beef satay with peanut sauce is one of my all time favorite foods. Nevertheless, it’s time for me to make my way to somewhere more fun. I found a super cheap flight to the Philippines. See you there…

hahah. I laughed at this title. I had about the same experience, but coming from Thailand. 4 days in KL was 3 days too many. Outside of some new flavors from the food and certain stout beverages, I was unimpressed.

I didn’t anticipate the negative attitudes. I’m sure it’s paradise for some, but not me.
